As an Associate Director on the Global Communications team, I was tasked with revitalizing the branding for OMERS and bringing design in house for the very first time. The organization felt their design across platforms felt outdated and lacked energy. I hired an innovative team that quickly set new brand expectations and delivered an omni-channel experience that has become the essence of the modern OMERS brand.
